Saturday morning
The dog park across the street from my hotel 
Woke up, paid my hotel tax and found coffee. Walked around Karlin for a couple hours and stopped for breakfast.

Dresden to Prague

I got into town around 6ish last night, found the hotel, figured out the contactless check in, pulled every push door, and pushed every pull door (I still haven’t figured out the pattern and there’s pull handles on every side). By the time I got settled in I had about enough left in me to get dinner and pass out. Dinner was good though, pork in a cherry sauce with potatoes and a sprig of steamed leaves. The restaurant I ate at advertises live piano Wed-Fri nights but I did not see a piano anywhere in it.

Berlin to Dresden
The wind farms that are everywhere 
I saw three shih tzus, a standard poodle, and a dusty old boy riding through dresden to the central bus station. Our bus got in a half hour later than my connection was scheduled to leave, so I booked another for €56. Walked around a bit and saw my original connection was running 40 minutes behind. Anxiety can get expensive…

Reykjavik to Berlin
These bears are all over this airport like this so I figured I’m supposed to take pictures of them? Bus from the airport to Dresden was later than the time I have to transfer in Dresden. Will I get stuck? Will the bus company let me buy more tickets? Am I hiking on this trip after all?
